  • It’s time to register! We recommend you first download our registration form. It has all the information you need regarding Summer Camp, Sports Camp and Leadership Camp including dates and prices.

    Campers registering for more than one session and families with three or more campers should contact Celtic for a quote on fees. Campers attending consecutive camp sessions may stay over free of charge between sessions.

    Once we receive your registration we will send you a complete list of what campers need to bring with them, times for camp drop-off and pick-up, and a receipt for income tax purposes. Your child’s camp fees may be tax-deductible.

    You have two options for registering your child:

    Option 1: Register Online

    Our online registration form allows you to quickly and easily register your child for camp. Once you confirm your submission, payment is made securely with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. If you have received a quote on fees, would like to follow a payment plan as indicated below, or use a different payment method, you are required to register by mail.

    Please fill out as much of the form as you can. We will require any missing information before your child arrives at Camp Celtic.

    Fees

    Please use this chart to calculate the appropriate camp FEE PER CAMPER. Campers staying for extended periods or families with three or more campers should contact Celtic for a quote on fees. Campers attending consecutive camp sessions may stay over free of charge between sessions.

    Payment Plans

    Plan 1:

    $200.00 deposit is required with the application and a postdated cheque for the balance payable April 15, 2018.

    Plan 2:

    Four equal payments each for 25% of the total fee.
    Post dated cheques payable March 1, April 1, May 1, and June 1, 2018.

    Plan 3:

    The entire camp fee may be paid at application time.
    e-transfers or cheques are the preferred payment methods.

    APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ACCORDING TO SPACE AVAILABLE. TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISCOUNT SCHEDULE AND TO ENSURE YOUR CHOICE OF CAMP, PLEASE REGISTER EARLY.
    Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, Celtic will hold $200.00 as a non-refundable deposit.

    Arrival, Departure and bus info

    Campers should arrive at Celtic between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 pm on the starting day of each session and be picked up from camp between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on the closing day of camp.
    Exception: Session 8 ends on a Friday evening and campers should be picked up between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

    Celtic will provide free bus transportation to/from Guelph and Woodstock at the end of Session 2 AND 4, at the start of Session 3 AND 5; and at the end of Session 8. Please indicate your bus requirements on the registration form.
